My story
I have always had a passion for sales and sales methodology. It is a fact that I have been involved with since childhood. I remember when, unbeknownst to my parents, as a small boy I had spontaneously decided to sell my bike. When I also effectively managed to sell it, the consternation at my parents' house in the evening was quite great. Apparently, the sales and entrepreneurial bug was in my blood even then!
After studying economics, I immediately started working in sales. After a career of 19 years in B2B sales, including the last 4 years as sales manager, I made the step to self-employment. I am convinced that selling is a profession that can be taught. My main goal, the goal of Reachers: to help companies build a high-performance sales organisation using sales training, sales coaching, field coaching and sales management training. Objective
We make companies grow in turnover by examining all sales processes that influence the end result and optimising them where necessary for maximum effect. Here, we focus on creating a good mindset for the sales force and deal with various sales techniques. Finally, we scrutinise the organisation with a view to fine-tuning the commercial aspect. After all, we want all sales people to work with a uniform sales system. These elements are addressed through one-to-one coaching sessions thoroughly rehearsed in real sales situations.
