Sales coaching at Reachers

Through one-to-one coaching sessions, we at Reachers take your individual sales skills to the next level.

• Before we start the coaching sessions, we draw up a coaching plan tailored to you as a salesperson. This takes into account your soft and hard skills.
• Sales calls are then made, and a sales coach will closely monitor everything. The sales coach will carefully dissect and analyse the whole conversation.
• After each session, the vendor will receive the necessary feedback, with working points set for a subsequent session. Both the coachee and the client receive a report after each session with the progress and working points made

During coaching calls, either on-site or by phone, the sales coach will go over with you the KPI's and work points. We work on your motivation and offer support where you need it. Even after the coaching programme, you can continue to benefit from our services use. For instance, we offer further telephone follow-up with the aim of keeping you on your toes as a salesperson, or we can help you further with strategic .
