You want to make great sales with your business, that's obvious. But, being able to explain things well is no longer enough to be a good salesperson. These days, selling is considered more of a profession in its own right, with its own do's and don'ts. In addition, customers are increasingly coming to a sales meeting better informed. To provide sales people with the right tools in their conversations, Reachers provides sales training.
Who is this sales training for?
With this training, we are primarily targeting field sales staff. This includes sales representatives, account managers, commercial advisers, business developers, etc. Of course, directors and business managers can also join us, so that they get a good insight into the sales approach we want to give our trainees. Both B2B and B2C companies are welcome.

More specifically, our sales training courses are conducted in classrooms, fully tailored to your needs and wishes. We can deliver the sales training at your company or at an external location. You can also choose to take the training in groups or individually. Typically, we offer three formulas:
1. Theoretical sales training
Here you will learn all the essential principles related to sales training in two days. You can choose to take this part online.
2. Operational sales training
This training goes beyond the purely theoretical approach and lasts for five days. In the first two days, you are given the theory, while the remaining three days are followed by a practical component. In this, salespeople are coached individually and the techniques taught are practised through exercises and role plays. We not only stay in the office, we also go out on the road to directly apply the principles taught in the theory to your prospects and existing customers. For example, we follow along in a sales conversation to give concrete feedback afterwards. This is because we are convinced that this also produces the best results for you in the long term.
3. Sales management training
This formula is specifically aimed at supporting business owners and directors. Sales management training includes two days of theory with half a day of coaching.
